Jaipur is the capital city of the state of Rajasthan was planned by King Jai Singh in the 18th century. It was the land of opulent royalty in by gone days. Johari bazaar is visited for jewelry precious gems and cotton fabric. Ramganj is the market for puppets and jutis or shoes in the most traditional style. M.I. road has all traditional items of Rajasthan such as brass work, blue pottery, marble items jewelry and quilts. Kishanpol Bazar is famous for tie and dye items.
